Red Cactus Sheet Pan Nachos
Oven Baked Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe are filled with a layer of chips, ground beef, Red Cactus Cheese Sauce, black olives, shredded cheese sprinkled over the top then baked to perfection and topped with Red Cactus Salsa, chopped avocado, sour cream and cilantro. The possibilities are endless!
The best thing about these sheet pan nachos is how versatile they are and they can be completely customizable. Sub the meat for scrambled eggs and you’ve got yourself a breakfast dish. Switch out the ground beef for chicken nachos. There really are so many options! They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. They are great for groups such as a super bowl party or your usual family dinner. And, they are super simple to make. You really cannot go wrong with Red Cactus Sheet Pan Nachos!

What you’ll need:
- 2 tablespoons Red Cactus Seasoning
- 1/4 jar Red Cactus Jalapeños (optional)
- Tortilla chips
- ground beef (or chicken, or meat of your choice)
- Shredded cheese
- Red Cactus Salsa
- Red Cactus Cheese Dip or Red Cactus Queso
- Avocado
- Sour cream
- cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 350°F. Prepare meat. We cooked ground beef and seasoned it with Red Cactus Seasoning and salsa but you can use chicken, pulled pork, steak, etc.
Layer chips on sheet pan, add ground beef (or your preferred meat), shredded cheese, Red Cactus White Cheese Sauce, and black olives and place in the oven to bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings. We added Sour cream, Red Cactus Salsa, avocado and cilantro.
